Jacqueline Satherlie received her Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School in 1989. She received a Bachelor of Science degree with a double-major in business and economics, graduating with high honors from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, Illinois in 1984. Prior to receiving her law degree, Ms. Satherlie worked handling personal lines, commercial lines and professional liability claims at various insurance companies. Since receiving her law degree, Ms. Satherlie has concentrated in insurance defense and insurance coverage matters. Ms. Satherlie has extensive experience with issues arising under automobile policies such as misrepresentation on the application and uninsured and underinsured motorist issues as well as issues arising under homeowners policies. Since joining Kopka, Pinkus, Dolin & Eads, Ms. Satherlie has continued her practice in insurance coverage litigation and Appellate practice.

Ms. Satherlie regularly represents insurance companies in coverage, declaratory judgment and alleged extra-contractual damage cases. She also represents insurance agents and brokers as well as other professionals in errors and omissions litigation. Ms. Satherlie is admitted to practice in the State courts of Illinois and before the United States district courts in the Central and Northern Districts of Illinois. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
