Mark L. He has extensive trial experience in personal injury, medical and dental malpractice litigation and professional negligence-related areas and has tried cases to verdict in Illinois State Court and Illinois Federal Court, Michigan State Court and Michigan Federal Court.
Mark presents to national and regional organizations on issues pertaining to Michigan No-Fault, professional liability, fraud litigation, claims management, and claims resolution.
He is an active member of the Michigan State Bar, Illinois State Bar, the Federal Bars of Michigan and Illinois, the Defense Research Institute, the Insurance Research Institute and the Providence Charitable Society.
Mark received his Juris Doctor degree in 1991 from the University of Toledo College of Law. He concentrated his undergraduate studies in business as well as the sciences, and received a Bachelor of Science in 1987.
